This is probably one of the most bogus and useless sites I've ever been to. The entire website is loaded with false information and the people who developed this didn't even use their own web design. I self-excluded and closed my account with NanoGames a few months ago. Despite this, I accidentally made two deposits recently to the same wallet address linked to my old account and NanoGames accepted the funds.When I contacted support to explain the mistake and request a refund, they refused, saying it was my responsibility. Even though they still control the wallet and have access to the money, they are choosing to keep it.
