While it looks fine and seems well-made, I found it impractical as a wallet. It's small and cumbersome, especially for those with larger hands. You can fit many cards, but finding one can be a challenge. The cash strap feels flimsy, and folding notes to fit is frustrating. I realized that with just one card and a £10 note, it would work fine. Unfortunately, my new wallet is now in the recycling bin, and I've returned to a practical leather wallet. Customer service did reach out quickly, which was unexpected, but I don't feel like pursuing a refund for a product I regret buying. It took less than 6 minutes for me to form my opinion on the product.
