After using it in my front pocket a few times with coins, I did notice some minor scuff marks on the coating. I reached out to the customer service team via email and received a reply within minutes, explaining that other items in the pocket could cause this. They requested photos of the marks, which I provided. After a second email from the team, they offered a replacement cover, which I gladly accepted. The customer service was exceptional from start to finish, showcasing a truly professional company that values its customers. Other companies should take note! Kudos to the representative!

You can fit many cards, but finding one can be a challenge. The cash strap feels flimsy, and folding notes to fit is frustrating. I realized that with just one card and a £10 note, it would work fine. Unfortunately, my new wallet is now in the recycling bin, and I've returned to a practical leather wallet. Customer service did reach out quickly, which was unexpected, but I don't feel like pursuing a refund for a product I regret buying. It took less than 6 minutes for me to form my opinion on the product.
