Had purchased the cash strap wallet and wanted to try some new plates and a money clip. One plate changed easily but sadly the other side had four screws which refused to budge. After contacting support they very kindly offered to send out a new wallet to remediate the fault. Barnaby at Nano was excellent and can't fault either the product or customer support.Buy without hesitation. I'll be a lifelong customer now. 10/10!
