I recently acquired a Nano wallet in Gun metal. The quality is outstanding, and it's quite comfortable in my pocket compared to a bulky traditional wallet (I’m now a fan). After using it in my front pocket a few times with coins, I did notice some minor scuff marks on the coating. I reached out to the customer service team via email and received a reply within minutes, explaining that other items in the pocket could cause this. They requested photos of the marks, which I provided. After a second email from the team, they offered a replacement cover, which I gladly accepted. The customer service was exceptional from start to finish, showcasing a truly professional company that values its customers. Other companies should take note! Kudos to the representative!
