After reading numerous negative reviews, I felt worried and decided to reach out to customer service. I received a reply the next day with tracking information, and my parcel arrived two days later, nicely packed, and the coat looks beautiful and of high quality. I deducted one star due to the lengthy wait. Their delivery timeframe is not as stated on the website, but they do provide tracking updates. I’ve already placed a second order and hope it goes as smoothly as the first.
