Ordered two jumpers from their site. Not happy with the quality or the fit. Very short in length; I thought I had ordered two jumpers, not crop tops! I will not be ordering ever again.

Very disappointing delivery and service experience.

From the start, I anticipated a 2-3 day delivery. After 4 days with no updates, the situation only worsened. I ended up waiting a total of 15 days with no communication. The customer support was terrible; I received no responses to my emails. I had to escalate the issue to my bank for a refund. I strongly recommend avoiding this service.

Took 20 days to finally get a response...

It took 20 days before I was informed that the item wouldn’t be delivered. A refund is promised in 14 days, but if I want to reorder, I’ll have to pay the current price instead of the Black Friday deal with a 20% discount for first-time customers. The sizes of other items I ordered are also way off. They use a specific delivery service, which is absolutely terrible. I won’t be ordering from them again.

Avoid ordering from here!

Avoid ordering from here! As a single mother of two, I wanted to treat myself for Christmas during the sales. I spent nearly 200 pounds only to be told my order was delivered, which it clearly wasn’t. Now they claim they can’t issue a refund because their tracking says it was delivered. Clearly, it hasn’t been, or I’d be wearing it right now. Just avoid this place.

I seem to be one of the few fortunate ones...

I appear to be one of the lucky few who had a positive experience with this service. Delivery took 9 days. After reading numerous negative reviews, I felt worried and decided to reach out to customer service. I received a reply the next day with tracking information, and my parcel arrived two days later, nicely packed, and the coat looks beautiful and of high quality. I deducted one star due to the lengthy wait. Their delivery timeframe is not as stated on the website, but they do provide tracking updates. I’ve already placed a second order and hope it goes as smoothly as the first.

Products are nice, but delivery service is terrible...

The products are nice, but they use a specific delivery service in the UK, which is the worst. They never deliver on the promised date. The driver circles the area without delivering. It often takes several days for them to even attempt delivery. They really need to switch to a different delivery company.

A frustrating experience from start to finish...

From the beginning, I expected a 2-3 day delivery. After 4 days, nothing arrived. To make matters worse, they use a specific delivery service. After 15 days, still no communication. The customer support is awful; I received no replies to my emails. I advise staying far away from this service as I had to involve my bank to get a refund.

Avoid this company at all costs!

Avoid this company! They are incredibly unreliable and seem to be trying to take your money! My order never arrived, and the carrier delivered it to someone else. They refuse to replace the item or issue a refund, claiming no investigation is necessary. Their response was simply that they won’t be issuing a refund this time, and then they stopped replying altogether. No solutions, nothing. Rude service! I strongly advise against purchasing from them.

Absolutely terrible experience...

Wow... this has to be one of the worst experiences. There was no communication at all; items were shipped with no tracking updates for over a week. Just awful. Avoid at all costs.

First order was incomplete and disappointing...

During my first order, I received a hoody but no pants, even though it was supposed to be a set! The pants arrived two weeks later in a different color, and by then, the hoody had already shrunk and faded. I tried again each season, but the quality has been terrible (no refunds or exchanges). I recently received a new hoody, but it shrank within minutes of wearing it. I’m extremely frustrated and want a refund. I have all the receipts and pictures of the faulty items, yet nothing has been resolved!
