During my first order, I received a hoody but no pants, even though it was supposed to be a set! The pants arrived two weeks later in a different color, and by then, the hoody had already shrunk and faded. I tried again each season, but the quality has been terrible (no refunds or exchanges). I recently received a new hoody, but it shrank within minutes of wearing it. I’m extremely frustrated and want a refund. I have all the receipts and pictures of the faulty items, yet nothing has been resolved!
