If I could give no stars I would. Ordering, paying & delivery was fine however my problems started when I tried to initiate a return. After booking 3 different ‘courier pick up’ returns (I live in N. Ireland and drop off to a courier pick up isn’t available) that all failed to show I called their customer services. I ended up calling 3 times, each time I got a different story from the different call handlers. At time of writing I await my 3rd email of instruction telling me how to return my item. I even offered to post it myself at my own expense! It appears they have no dedicated returns department???? A horrendous experience altogether and one that I definitely won’t be repeating and I would urge anyone NOT to use their online service. It’s absolutely horrendous.
