I think it’s only fair to add balance to some of the poor reviews. I ordered a jacket and hat and immediately received an order confirmation and tracking link for Yodel that clearly stated that my next update would be sent to me once the parcel arrived in the UK. It’s important to note that you MUST enter a mobile number to get text updates, they are not automatic. I received both a text and mail update when the items were received by Yodel in the UK and was given regular updates as the parcel made its way to me. I am in North East Scotland so I don’t expect a lot when it comes to delivery but I was impressed. Ordered 14.11 dispatched 15.11 received 27.11. Much longer than the website states but I bought in the sale and it’s getting closer to Christmas so I have realistic expectations
