I paid on arrival not knowing you have to pay on departure. When departing, I paid for a second ticket to cover my park time. I clearly had no malicious intent or desire to park without paying. I kept my 2 tickets incase of any issues. I was then given a fixed charge notice. i appealed with evidence of my two tickets through their website. I also sent emails chasing my appeal. No response at all.I then received a letter saying that the charge had increased as I hadn't paid since my appeal was rejected. I received no email or letter rejecting the appeal. This is daylight robbery and the fact they don't have phone calls, just emails and letters is atrocious. They hide behind their archaic processes.Cannot pay these criminals.
