Frustrating Experience with Parking Charges

I paid for parking, and my vehicle was captured near the payment machine, indicating that CCTV would have recorded my transaction. However, my appeal was denied because their system failed to link the payment to my vehicle registration. No effort was made to check the CCTV footage or to show any leniency, despite my bank statement proving payment. In the end, I settled the reduced charge just to alleviate the stress this situation caused. It felt more about strict policies than about fair treatment. I will steer clear of parking facilities managed by this service in the future. Completely let down and feel cheated. January is already a difficult month as it is.

Terrible Experience with Parking Payment

I used my card to pay for parking, which is traceable. I entered the first letter of my registration (G), but the machine malfunctioned and took me directly to the payment section, so I paid for my parking by card. A few days later, I received a £100 parking penalty from the company. I appealed, but my appeal was rejected. This feels like a major scam, and I will never use this parking facility or the nearby shops again! It's outright theft and completely unacceptable.

Disappointing experience

Parking area needs better lighting

I use a specific parking area regularly, but the lighting in the mornings is inadequate. I often arrive as early as 6:30 AM, and it's very dark and unsettling. It would be great if they could improve the lighting for safety.
