I entered the first letter of my registration (G), but the machine malfunctioned and took me directly to the payment section, so I paid for my parking by card. A few days later, I received a £100 parking penalty from the company. I appealed, but my appeal was rejected. This feels like a major scam, and I will never use this parking facility or the nearby shops again! It's outright theft and completely unacceptable.
