He recently helped us in the purchase of a medical centre to convert to a hospital. The building was owned by a big organisation with a complex hierarchy system which made the task challenging to complete. However, his expertise in dealing with such cases made us feel we were in good hands. He did thorough searches on the building and dealt swiftly with all “unexpected” issues which appeared during the process. He insisted to solve all “historical” problems with the building to protect us from any future challenges. It was impressive to deal with all these issues within the time scale he set for us during our initial meeting with him. If we chose a single highlight from our experience with Mr Lomax it would be his communication with his clients. He kept us informed with every step during the process. We got an email or a phone call every week with a regular update. Also, all fees have been explained in detail from the start and through the whole process, there was no “hidden” cost.
