We were cautious choosing a solicitor but Napthens were recommended. Tracy and team helped us navigate some tricky areas, being open and honest. Tracy was very approachable, straight forward and and easy to work with. She earnt our trust, especially when we had to break the chain at short notice.
In the last two years I have recommended 3 or 4 new clients each one thought they were overcharged and none want to use them again, not just price but poor and totally inadequate service Another friend of mine just completed a purchase of 4 houses, he swears he would never use them againI purchased a house at auction and Napthens have been as difficult as difficult could be, the owners of the house are keen to complete, they are a charity “Crisis Care” however the solicitor at Napthens has been super uncooperative.Napthens were once only a few short years ago one if not the best solicitors in Preston, now I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy
Andy Vincent and Charlotte Shanks were fantastic throughout! Highly recommend albeit with certain solicitors. We found the Southport branch a lot better than the Blackburn one and thus requested to change. Andy was great and always easily contactable with Charlotte helping us speed up the completion process towards the end.
Very poor experience Never again Napthens solicitors like to do is charge the customers account for everything they can.The staff can be very rude and unprofessional. We have used other local property solicitors in the past with a excellent and friendly experience. Please be warned............Don't make the same mistake it will cost you far more.
