Napthens defended a client against a claim I had made in regards to an incorrect 'drive off notice' I had been issued at a local garage.There were many issues. Not least, the junior solicitor assigned to my case sent me another client's highly sensitive legal documents. Astonishingly, despite my complaint being highly Data Protection orientated,, they passed it off as insignificant.It was not insignificant to me.The ICO is looking into this for me and I will update. In the meantime, I encourage you to exercise caution when using this company.
