Thought things were going well untill I Got emails from our estate agents saying our cash buyers were going to pull out due to paperwork not being in place. failed to communicate important information, forgot to do id checks, add my name onto account which I only found out when I rang them as they didn’t have a file with my name on. forgot to update myself of any changes my ex made which I only found out when I queried some wording in an email, this then ended up costing double the original quote. Also agreed to hold moneys then decided they wouldn’t do this once I’d signed the forms.
