Edit :- 3rd February 2026 After contacting Narn ( again) and writing a trustpilot review I can say I am now the owner of a new phone case . I’m now giving them 3 stars as my daughter and I were disappointed with the lack of response after sending all the information through as requested . I really wish it hadn’t taken me writing a review on trustpilot to get my complaint sorted , but never the less sorted it is , plus I do not need to send the 2 month old phone case back as it’s in such a state it’s going into the bin where it belongs . My daughter ordered a wallet phone case for me as an early Christmas gift , however , after using it a week the pattern started coming off . Contacted Narn and actually got a good response first time round . I was asked to give them the order number and delivery address , also sent them photos of how the case had worn . I’m still waiting on a response to the email I sent with all the information I sent them . This has been going on since end of December and still nothing . My daughter is upset with how the case looks and upset with this company
