Review Time
I was looking for a distinctive cover for my wife's new phone. There are a lot of much cheaper covers available that are really just bad copies of each other. The cover from Narn broke the mould of "tat". My wife loves the design and the quality. It also came with a carry pouch as an extra. A little touch that was well received. I have no hesitation in recommending Narn to prospective customers.

Ordered two phone cases on 24 January still no phone cases. Emailed twice to query delivery. Received an email to ask how product was. There was a link in the email to say click if not received parcel. When I click link it stated link expired. I have had no response and no phone cases. Not the best customer service!
Edit :- 3rd February 2026 After contacting Narn ( again) and writing a trustpilot review I can say I am now the owner of a new phone case . I’m now giving them 3 stars as my daughter and I were disappointed with the lack of response after sending all the information through as requested . I really wish it hadn’t taken me writing a review on trustpilot to get my complaint sorted , but never the less sorted it is , plus I do not need to send the 2 month old phone case back as it’s in such a state it’s going into the bin where it belongs . My daughter ordered a wallet phone case for me as an early Christmas gift , however , after using it a week the pattern started coming off . Contacted Narn and actually got a good response first time round . I was asked to give them the order number and delivery address , also sent them photos of how the case had worn . I’m still waiting on a response to the email I sent with all the information I sent them . This has been going on since end of December and still nothing . My daughter is upset with how the case looks and upset with this company
I had a great experience with NARN from start to finish. Customer service was very responsive and helpful when I got in touch before ordering, especially as my phone model wasn’t yet listed on the website for the tough cases (Galaxy S25 FE).The case arrived much faster than I expected (within two days from Sweden to the UK) and fits my phone perfectly. It feels genuinely protective without being bulky, and despite the glossy finish it has a slightly rubbery feel that gives good grip and makes it comfortable to hold.I’m very impressed with both the quality of the product and the service and will definitely be ordering more cases in future.
