Update: product arrived correctly. Might have been a one time slip up over Christmas and the new year. Still, did not receive tracking updates or a delivery date, but I am happy with the product.I ordered on the 26th of December and have received no shipping notification, nor delivery update as of the 8th of January. Starting to worry it is a scam. No response from the official mail contact.
