After using a high-end cleaning device for about three months, I am incredibly dissatisfied. For a $1,400 product, its ability to handle pet hair and everyday debris is shockingly poor. The self-emptying feature has also failed, requiring me to manually clean it after every use. Ultimately, I find myself doing more work than the device itself.
