A corporation to avoid at all costs

Extremely disappointing customer support

Avoid this brand altogether

I have owned multiple cleaning devices from this brand, but my latest experience has been frustrating. When attempting to place an order, I was refunded due to a so-called high risk, which is baffling for a returning customer. Clearly, this company is disorganized and untrustworthy. I recommend avoiding them entirely.

Very disappointing cleaning performance

After using a high-end cleaning device for about three months, I am incredibly dissatisfied. For a $1,400 product, its ability to handle pet hair and everyday debris is shockingly poor. Despite running it on maximum suction and deep clean settings, it leaves behind significant amounts of fur and dust. The self-emptying feature has also failed, requiring me to manually clean it after every use. Ultimately, I find myself doing more work than the device itself.

Warning: Buyer beware

Customer support is severely lacking

Our first experience with a cleaning device was positive, so we ordered a second one. However, the customer service was appalling. An accessories order took over three weeks to arrive, and my inquiries about it were met with generic responses and no follow-up. If they can't manage simple inquiries, I dread dealing with them for more serious issues. Given the high price of their products, poor customer support is unacceptable. Misleading practices and poor support

The company accepted early orders from my region but later refused to ship, requiring me to order through a different platform at an extra cost. This seems to violate consumer laws. Furthermore, after a few months, a part broke, and their demand for a high shipping fee to replace it was absurd.
