Our first experience with a cleaning device was positive, so we ordered a second one. However, the customer service was appalling. An accessories order took over three weeks to arrive, and my inquiries about it were met with generic responses and no follow-up. If they can't manage simple inquiries, I dread dealing with them for more serious issues. Given the high price of their products, poor customer support is unacceptable. I cannot recommend this brand based on my experience.
