This product is great. I have a Navage and NASALFRESH MD. When I was researching I wanted to know the differences, here they are:
Navage feels more powerful, really blows out your nose, but... doesn't feel as comfortable, you can really feel it.
NASALFRESH MD is gentler, still blows out your nose, but much easier to manage and deal with. I can't really even feel it.
Navage is really hard to clean, I have gone through 2 units and both have had acid batteries. And it takes much longer to clean.
NASALFRESH MD really easy to clean.
NASALFRESH MD gets clogged a lot for me though, and kind of hard to clear even with their instructions. It might be a defective unit though.
There customer service is awesome, they are going to send me a new unit. I will try to update review if this new one doesn't get clogged as much.
In summary:
I would probably use Navage for intense sinus congestion, because of the more power (harder to clean, so use less often, but more powerful, so better for intense congestion).
I would use NASALFRESH MD for daily maintenance of my nose (easy to clean daily, good and soft on the nose, if you are sensitive, I would use this, can't even feel it)
