This product is great. I have a Navage and NASALFRESH MD. When I was researching I wanted to know the differences, here they are:
Navage feels more powerful, really blows out your nose, but... doesn't feel as comfortable, you can really feel it.
NASALFRESH MD is gentler, still blows out your nose, but much easier to manage and deal with. I can't really even feel it.
Navage is really hard to clean, I have gone through 2 units and both have had acid batteries. And it takes much longer to clean.
NASALFRESH MD really easy to clean.
NASALFRESH MD gets clogged a lot for me though, and kind of hard to clear even with their instructions. It might be a defective unit though.
There customer service is awesome, they are going to send me a new unit. I will try to update review if this new one doesn't get clogged as much.
In summary:
I would probably use Navage for intense sinus congestion, because of the more power (harder to clean, so use less often, but more powerful, so better for intense congestion).
I would use NASALFRESH MD for daily maintenance of my nose (easy to clean daily, good and soft on the nose, if you are sensitive, I would use this, can't even feel it)
I bought their nasal rinse device for my hayfever allergy as the season started in Florida. Such a big relief. I wasn’t expecting such a rinse device really interesting that water never drops or leaks, it sucks back all the rinsed water. Even no need to be around bathroom tap. There were enough saline packs in the box. I use it with bottled water. Overall i am so satisfied with my purchase. Reliable brand

I contacted Nasalfreshmd about a pump button problem. They responded within about an hour asked for a picture of the problem. I sent the information to them and within a few minutes I got a response back that they were shipping me a new replacement unit and gave me the tracking number! This is the type of customer service we don't experience much in this modern age. WOW! I am impressed.
This is a great product: easy to use, effective for clearing nasal passages and easy to clean. I had been using a squeeze bottle for nasal rinses for several years and they are a mess. Now, I use NasalFreshMD and there is no mess and I can breathe better. I feel immediate relief after use. At the suggestion of Michelle at the NasalFresh office, I have switched from traditional saline packets to the xylitol packets and this has been a game changer. The device can be easily packed into a suitcase for travel. It uses a USB cord for charging and so far the charge has lasted for 3 weeks. I’m very happy with this product.
This product has serious flaws: 1. Large amounts of nasal discharge cannot be absorbed. 2. Over time, the pipeline will accumulate a large number of bacteria 🦠 3. The customer service is even worse than the robot. Their manager, Michelle, is extremely lacking in integrity. Everyone should be cautious. Any promises are not to be trusted...
In love! It totally made a difference between each use! I use to struggle with allergies almost everyday and this nasal fresh helped me breath better and get rid of the ugly sensation that allergies cause. It’s really easy and comfortable to use. Totally recommend if you suffer from allergies!
