Major issues having a financial impact on the business, no action for months and no response from our account manager for 2 months.We have 2 major issues with our phone numbers which are hosted by nasstar, who we also pay for support. The first issue was raised on 02/08/2023. it took 2 weeks to get a response after repeatedly chasing and emphasizing the impact it's having on the business. The last response from our account manager was on 11/09/2023. it is now 01/11/2023, still no response after repeated chasing. 2 months and 0 communication. The 2nd ticket was raised on 18/10/2023, initial response from their first line support was great, then it got passed on to another department and there's been no progress since.The first-line guys who are answering the phones and logging the emails are quick and professional in their responses, but they're completely let down by the rest of the company. If you're looking for a support company, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
