Absolutely shocking! Worst customer service ever! They could not organise a piss up in a brewery... we went from no restaurant phone for 6 days to no Internet! Still no sight of any improvement...
Nasstar delivered on all technical fronts. Thus making our new Telephony topology project an awesome success. The peace of mind and reinsurance from their technical team was an absolute treat. Nasstar in my books is a class act and second to none in the Telecoms industry.Thank you Nasstar!
I think they get staff on the cheap by breeding the convulsing torsos of failed human cloning experiments with orangutans.Their "Support staff" work like they only understand the term "Support" in the context of "Will this unravelled roll of dental floss support my weight?"They literally take months to respond to anything:I requested an update, grew a full beard and then shaved the beard off before I had any update, and I'm a woman.I genuinely think I would get better results resolving their issues by just throwing glitter at my monitor shouting "Abracadabra!" over and over again.In summary, use a different company, otherwise you'll have no other choice but to sacrifice your first born child to the devil, just to have some small chance of Nasstar not ruining your entire company's telephony infrastructure.
Having been with this company for well over 20 years I have now been billed for a BT visit that happened over 2 years ago. I am sure they should not be able to do this from so long ago and especially considering the countless other visits I have had and not been billed. The service has dropped so much since eclipse internet were based in Exeter.
Major issues having a financial impact on the business, no action for months and no response from our account manager for 2 months.We have 2 major issues with our phone numbers which are hosted by nasstar, who we also pay for support. The first issue was raised on 02/08/2023. it took 2 weeks to get a response after repeatedly chasing and emphasizing the impact it's having on the business. The last response from our account manager was on 11/09/2023. it is now 01/11/2023, still no response after repeated chasing. 2 months and 0 communication. The 2nd ticket was raised on 18/10/2023, initial response from their first line support was great, then it got passed on to another department and there's been no progress since.The first-line guys who are answering the phones and logging the emails are quick and professional in their responses, but they're completely let down by the rest of the company. If you're looking for a support company, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
