I had a very disappointing experience. I ordered 17 items for an upcoming holiday and paid extra for expedited delivery, expecting everything to arrive on time. Instead, I only received one small package containing a single item, while the website claims all items have been delivered. I attempted to reach customer service via messaging, but only received automated responses that didn’t resolve my issue. After multiple attempts to inquire about my order, even the automated system stopped replying. This situation is unacceptable. I paid for fast delivery and for 17 items, yet I only have one item, with no support or clarity on the rest of my order or how to get a refund. At this point, I just want my money back. This experience has left me genuinely concerned about this platform.
