I purchased the Barrel Leg Faux Leather pants, which unfortunately ran larger than expected. I returned the item on December 23rd, and tracking confirmed the retailer received it on January 5th.

After waiting the stated two weeks for my refund, I had not received anything. When I contacted customer service, I was told a refund had been issued on 1/14/2026. I requested an ARN number so I could trace the funds with my bank, but they did not provide one. Instead, I was left waiting an additional eight days while they “looked into the issue.”

When I followed up again, I was told their customer service team was busier than usual and that I should not continue messaging, as it would cause further delays. As of February 12th, I still had not received my refund.

I ultimately disputed the charge with my bank, and the dispute was approved.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend purchasing from this company. The lack of communication, transparency, and an accessible customer service phone number made this process extremely frustrating.

I had a very disappointing experience. I ordered 17 items for an upcoming holiday and paid extra for expedited delivery, expecting everything to arrive on time. Instead, I only received one small package containing a single item, while the website claims all items have been delivered. I attempted to reach customer service via messaging, but only received automated responses that didn’t resolve my issue. After multiple attempts to inquire about my order, even the automated system stopped replying. This situation is unacceptable. I paid for fast delivery and for 17 items, yet I only have one item, with no support or clarity on the rest of my order or how to get a refund. At this point, I just want my money back. This experience has left me genuinely concerned about this platform.

Frustrating order experience

This feels incredibly fraudulent. I ordered three items recently, but the shipping service returned them without my consent. Contacting the company for a refund has proven to be extremely difficult. There’s no real person available to talk to; the responses I receive are all automated, leaving me without accountability. I just want a refund for an order I never received, and now I’m warning everyone to steer clear of this company.

Received broken item, no customer service response

I ordered a dress that arrived last week, but the zipper was broken when I tried it on. Additionally, another item I ordered was missing from the package. I reached out to customer service through multiple channels, but received no replies.
