I ordered a dress that arrived last week, but the zipper was broken when I tried it on. Additionally, another item I ordered was missing from the package. I reached out to customer service through multiple channels, but received no replies. I tried WhatsApp, Facebook, and messenger, but only encountered automated responses that never connected me to a representative. I’m trying again on the fifth day and doubt I’ll reach anyone. I did receive my second item in a separate package, but I shouldn’t have to pay shipping for a broken item. Still no response via social media or email.
