Firstly I would like to suggest that please start hiring colleagues you call “customer service advisors” who can read properly as surely being in the business of customer service some skills that are essential are to read, understand & think what the customer is saying. Sorry to say but most of your colleagues I have contacted regarding my issue are incompetent in any of these skills. So I made ordered a few orders during the Black Friday sale and some of them were delivered via InPost lockers. InPost only holds parcels for 72 hours. I was unable to collect these parcels and they were AUTOMATICALLY sent back to NASTY GAL BY INPOST because I DID NOT PICK THEM UP, so this is why I DO NOT HAVE PROOF OF RETURN BECAUSE I DID NOT EVEN COLLECT THE PARCEL. I should have received refunds for these items by mid-December but I gave a bit more time as it was a festive period. I start contacting customer service on the 24th of December via WhatsApp at first and have been chasing the issue since via WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger. Due to the clear incompetency of colleague's at NASTY GAL I am still out of pocket and was unable to purchase some Christmas presents as all the items were purchased with the intention of gifts for Christmas. To make matters worse it's hard to contact someone at NASTY GAL and it's practically impossible to get through to your colleagues as they do not have any reading or understanding skills.I hope this review is noticed by the right people so they can maybe hire colleagues who have the skill to provide customer service. In the meantime accept this is also me reading out to NASTY GAL to take this review as an official complaint.

The shop has grown to become an international style source offering both new and vintage clothing, shoes, and accessories. The name was inspired by the song and album “Nasty Gal.” Betty Davis, the patron saint of badass women, was known for her unapologetically sexy funk music which comprises our vision of femininity—complete with lamé platform thigh-high boots.See more
