I ordered from nasty gal for the first time and was really excited for my delivery. When receiving this I noticed that they had sent one of the wrong items. I used WhatsApp to get in touch and it was so helpful, I got help from a gentleman named Laython over a two day period. He spoke me through the steps of what id have to do and then sent my correct item on next day delievery as soon as I took the wrong item back to the shop to return this. I was very happy with this WhatsApp service.
