BE VERY CAREFUL by having your 4G Broadband installed by a third party.I had a 4G broadband installed by 4G Internet in 2018. The installation was quick and professional. No complaints so far. I took an internet service contract out with EE through 4G Internet.Everything seemed ok, but at times the internet was a bit slower than normal. In September 2020 we had issues with our internet. The signal was cutting out all the time. I had things checked multiple times and after 7 weeks EE came to the conclusion that it was a router problem. But they also mentioned that the antenna, installed by 4G Internet in 2018 was pointing into the wrong direction and this could be the reason that we were experiencing slow internet at times. EE is only responsible for the provision of the internet service and as they had not installed the system they felt it was not their responsibility. They advised to get in contact with 4G Internet.I got in contact with 4G Internet with regards to the router and that I would like to have the antenna checked. They also felt it was not their responsibility. The router was out of warranty (I have bought a new one since) and also they notified me that there is only a one year warranty on the installation of the 4G broadband system.As a result they felt they could not helpThe reason for my review is to make you aware that if you go through a third party installation ( I guess it doesn't matter which provider), in my case 4G Internet, and if you do get problems after a year, then there is no one who can help you (or is willing to help)Therefore be very careful when choose your installer. It is my opinion that you will probably have more of a fall back if you have your 4G broadband installed directly by the internet service provider, rather than a third party.Its your choice
