Called customer service, as advised on the app. 3 times, cut off each time after being told I can wait. Pathetic. This is my second poor review since this new app. It's dreadful. I am now going to uninstall the app because clearly you still don't know how to run a commissioned service. A word from the wise, I manage a commissioned service and if my performance was as dreadful as yours I'd expect to lose the contract. I hope you do lose it.
