New app update january 2026 is absolutely awful!
Super difficult to track active games and I still can not see previous tickets purchased. This was always seamless with the previous app, this one seems to clever for its own good and nonsensical.
We just want to be able to easily add funds, retrieve recent tickets to check our dates running to & from and any numbers.
Which numb skull has rubber stamped something like this? No way has the product been tested and now im reluctant to play, if it will let you play judging from the reviews its not always possible now.

What a joke - COMPANY not fit for purpose
What a joke. Tried to purchase a euromillions ticket for Friday. Put the transaction through, it asked me to add funds. My card needed to be changed. It then said I can't change the card because I have a pending transaction. Stuck in an endless loop. Now I can't change the card because there is £0.15 balance in the account, has to be zero. Can't withdraw it because the card has expired. Pile of absolute turd.
In a queue on the phone, 20 minutes so far.
Signed up a new account with different email to try to buy the ticket, got signed up. Then went to log in, told me there is already an account under my name at the address so can't have a 2nd account, but it now exists as I can ask for a password reset.
Can't even speak to them, pathetic, Tried the chat bot, got all the way to the agent part, told it was putting me through, then got told "We are currently very busy and unable to handle your contact at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience. Our agents are working as hard as possible, but if your contact is not of an urgent nature, you may wish to contact us at a later time."
Can't update debit card because I have a 75p balance on the account . I can't withdraw it, it won't allow me to. Called customer service, as advised on the app. 3 times, cut off each time after being told I can wait. Pathetic. This is my second poor review since this new app. It's dreadful. I am now going to uninstall the app because clearly you still don't know how to run a commissioned service. A word from the wise, I manage a commissioned service and if my performance was as dreadful as yours I'd expect to lose the contract. I hope you do lose it.
Really poor service. Won't allow me to change my debit card on the website, it says call helpline. Call helpline but just an endless wait. This isn't complicated sort it out. Seems like others have the same issue
I have noticed that certain lottery numbers appear between two and five times across different games (such as Lotto, EuroMillions, Thunderball, and Set For Life) that players participate in. What I am trying to say is: how is it possible for some numbers to appear more than five times in the same lottery draw? That certainly does not seem coincidental.
I believe the numbers may already be selected and that some are eliminated by the system before the draw takes place, meaning they are not truly random. It feels as though there could be some form of tampering with the draw. I strongly feel it may be a scam designed to attract players and take their money.
Tickets listed in order of date of purchase and not draw date. I have to go through several screens to find the ticket for the latest draw. Tickets bought together for weeks ahead seem to be displayed in a random order. No email to remind me the last draw on my ticket has taken place. It is difficult to work that out with the tickets listed in an unhelpful order. Format of ticket results is awful. I keep getting told my debit card has been updated. Lucky dips won do not show which ticket they were won from (I buy both my own and syndicate tickets so I need to know).
Absolute garbage app now. Why fix something not broken? Ive now deleted it. Had it for a few years, use it every week. Today last straw. I have to use my fingerprint to access it, it then wants DOB and passwords etc. The app is on my phone. Ive already had to use my fingerprint to open my screen. Even when I get on its so awful compared to how it was. Back to buying in the supermarket.
The updated lottery site is horrendous. Ongoing tickets are not in order , tickets brought for multiple week draws are buried amongst old tickets. No email notification anymore when a four week ticket expires. What a mess , possibly one of the worst app updates I have ever used.

I’ve tried to deposit several times with the same details that I’ve always used and has always been okay yet now it doesn’t seem to recognise these details immediately!
Instead, you make a deposit of of £20 it doesn’t recognise it you then make another deposit of £20 it doesn’t recognise it. And only after you’re not able to play because the time has closed the deposits get accepted. Truly pointless.
And then when you try to withdraw this money, it doesn’t allow you.
Also by default which you can’t change when you’re placing a line on any game immediately it adds all the days in the week which is a scam in itself because if someone presses this button without acknowledging it then they’ve played more than what they wanted to.
Ridiculous, hopeless and goodness me if we get a chance to win what they would end up doing
Oh dear. What used to be an easy to use app. What used to easy to go to a shop and buy a ticket or scratchcard has now become a lottery to whether you can actually do this. Restricting how many cards I can buy. Restricting hours on the app. Some people do nights hence need 24/7 access. Its not law as other gambling sites have no such restrictions. The new app simply doesn't work. Sorry why did this vendor get this huge contract and basically destroy something that wasn't broken? Please can we have Camelot back. Ive deleted the app which for my pocket great, not so good for all the great causes the lottery funds. From what ive read i won't be the only one!
