Been using existing lottery website for years, but since recent upgrade I have been unable to both credit my lottery account or change the debit card (lotto account balance is zero). I emailed them directly to make them aware of my experience, but seven days later I have not received a response, and am still unable to use the website. I think it's their loss though as I am going to switch to something else.
