The previous website was very user friendly, they've ruined it - why?? The main problem for me though was that they've stopped giving email notifications when your ticket/s run out. This was very stressful as I was terrified I might have won and hadn't bought a ticket!! I have no faith in them anymore and wonder if they inform people if they've won? Terrible.

What a joke. Tried to purchase a euromillions ticket for Friday. Put the transaction through, it ask

What a joke. Tried to purchase a euromillions ticket for Friday. Put the transaction through, it asked me to add funds. My card needed to be changed. It then said I can't change the card because I have a pending transaction. Stuck in an endless loop. Now I can't change the card because there is £0.15 balance in the account, has to be zero. Can't withdraw it because the card has expired. Pile of absolute turd.

In a queue on the phone, 20 minutes so far.

Signed up a new account with different email to try to buy the ticket, got signed up. Then went to log in, told me there is already an account under my name at the address so can't have a 2nd account, but it now exists as I can ask for a password reset.

Can't even speak to them, pathetic, Tried the chat bot, got all the way to the agent part, told it was putting me through, then got told "We are currently very busy and unable to handle your contact at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience. Our agents are working as hard as possible, but if your contact is not of an urgent nature, you may wish to contact us at a later time."

I just looked on the app this morning, and even last week's results aren't showing; it just says "pending results." We need to return to the old app.

I have been using the lotto app and website since first launched with ease. However, the new app in January 2026 is sooo confusing. I have missed getting new tickets for a syndicate that I run as I couldn’t see my old tickets when they expired as lost within the reams of lotto tickets I buy! I’ve now stopped buying so many as the app puts me off using the app. Absolute nightmare and needs changing back to what it was!!!

The new App and website are ABSOLUTLY terrible.
Trying to see what tickets are still in the draw, even with the filters, is a bad joke.
Why am I not receiving "ticket finished" emails? Is this no longer an option? I can't find the option to turn it back on if it is.

I worked in IT all my life and was involved in some very big change/upgrade projects. Who looked at this new App and Website layout and decided it was an improvement?
Who ever it was should hang their head in shame.

Been using existing lottery website for years, but since recent upgrade I have been unable to both credit my lottery account or change the debit card (lotto account balance is zero). I emailed them directly to make them aware of my experience, but seven days later I have not received a response, and am still unable to use the website. I think it's their loss though as I am going to switch to something else.

Very clunky and difficult to check your ticket if you play for 2weeks or more.i actually purchased more tickets as I thought my ticket was finished. If its not broken, leave it alone.
