What a joke. Tried to purchase a euromillions ticket for Friday. Put the transaction through, it asked me to add funds. My card needed to be changed. It then said I can't change the card because I have a pending transaction. Stuck in an endless loop. Now I can't change the card because there is £0.15 balance in the account, has to be zero. Can't withdraw it because the card has expired. Pile of absolute turd.
In a queue on the phone, 20 minutes so far.
Signed up a new account with different email to try to buy the ticket, got signed up. Then went to log in, told me there is already an account under my name at the address so can't have a 2nd account, but it now exists as I can ask for a password reset.
Can't even speak to them, pathetic, Tried the chat bot, got all the way to the agent part, told it was putting me through, then got told "We are currently very busy and unable to handle your contact at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience. Our agents are working as hard as possible, but if your contact is not of an urgent nature, you may wish to contact us at a later time."
