I have recently completed my rental of one of National's vehicles in LA, USA. I booked a "Jeep Grand Cherokee or similar" online. However, upon arrival I got to choose between a Jeep Compass and a Dodge Journey. I know that I cannot expect to get the exact Jeep G.C., but I do expect a car in a similar class - this was not the case, as only much cheaper options were presented to me. I ended up taking the Dodge, but with no discount.I used National (and not the cheaper competitors) to avoid situations like this. Is this really what to expect from National?!
