The customer service attendant who I spoke with when picking up the car (Friday November 21, 2014), couldn't be bothered with anything that would take time away from his scheduled Friday night activities. The customer ahead of me was missing proof of address (a bill) and asked the attendant if he could run to his place to get it (he mentioned he lived 5 minutes away in the same neighborhood). The attendant without hesitation said NO, it would be closing time by the time he got back. When it was my turn, due to it being past closing time, the attendant could not be bothered with properly checking the car with me nor giving me any sort of instructions about the basics of the vehicle I was renting. He handed me the keys, asked a co-worker to open the gate for me so that I could leave.... Simply appalling!
