I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I paid a deposit for a car and was promised delivery within three days, yet it took over a week to arrive.When it did, the bonnet was so hot I could not open it and it was clearly missing the air intake. I have since found out other essential parts have had to be replaced. I have had three courtesy cars provided that also had mechanical issues, leaving me with no confidence in the garage team.Despite numerous calls, communication has been minimal. I’ve spoken mainly with Brandon, Jess, and Chris, they have promised updates and timeframes have repeatedly been missed.It ultimately took more than two weeks just to collect the faulty car from outside my home, and after six weeks I still have not received the vehicle I paid for.
