Do not live up to what is promised. I was served with a law suit from one of my creditors. I was told that it would be a priority to get it resolved, it should have been a priority when i first started the program. When i first started the program this creditor was part of my debt that was agreed upon, i was promised no extra money would be needed for any settlement with a creditor. National debt relief recieved a settlement and i accepted the offer and national debt relief told me i needed to make an additional payment which was promised at the begining of the program that i wouldn't need to make. The additional payment was for the total amount of the settlement.
The representative was professional and friendly, taking the time to listen and address all concerns. I truly believe anyone would enjoy collaborating with him. Just joking about marriage—I'm too old for that! Thank you for your help.
Initially, I was convinced to join a debt collection program, but things changed, and they refused to work with one of my creditors. They didn't stick to their cost estimate, leading to a loss of about $1150 even after dropping one creditor. There’s no dedicated person to assist; my emails just get forwarded around. They also wait until they have enough funds before addressing creditors, which leads to interest accruing on most accounts. I was assured it would minimally impact my credit, but that was not the case! I advise negotiating with each credit card company directly before engaging with the service and its high fees.
I was initially sold on a debt collection program, but circumstances changed and they wouldn't engage with one creditor. They couldn't meet their cost estimate, leading to a loss of about $1150 after dropping one creditor. There's no single point of contact for my issues; my emails get redirected. They also wait until they have enough funds before addressing creditors, causing interest to accumulate on most accounts. I was told it would have minimal impact on my credit, but that was incorrect! I recommend negotiating with each credit card company before involving the service and its high fees.
