I had used this company about 10 years ago, found myself in need of debt relief services and contacted them again. Was told " we need to pull your credit report so we can see how much we can charge you" Not we need to pull your credit report to see how much you owe but to see how much we can charge you.
Their fees are ridiculous and they try and dance around actually telling you what they'll charge you to settle approximately 44,000 worth of debt they wanted $12,000 absolutely ridiculous and not upfront and honest about their charges.
