From start to finish the staff were warm and friendly. Andy was brilliant he put me at ease and made me feel confident so it was very easy to do the training. Charlotte my test instructor was lovely she put me at ease before setting off so made the test more relaxed. Not to forget the two lovely ladies at reception and all the other staff members it was truly a amazing experience Thank you guys for helping me get that PASS
