Unbelievable! Who issues fraudulent checks from a known frozen account to policyholders? I switched to a different insurance provider and received a refund check that was rejected through my credit union. After reporting it, they sent another check, but the same issue occurred! I went directly to the bank and confirmed the account is frozen. Why continue issuing checks on an account that is worthless? I was told an ACH would be issued, but three days later, nothing has happened! It's shameful how they treat customers who pay their premiums in full.
