This insurance provider is by far the most untrustworthy and disappointing I have ever encountered. I wish there was a way to give a negative rating. They exploit gaps in your policy to deny claims. My representative closed my claim without any communication until I mentioned involving an attorney. Then, I received a weak excuse about the claim status. If you have this provider, I recommend finding a new one immediately.
