I subscribed to the magazine and online content. According to the official website, my subscription includes a special edition copy, which must be ordered by phone since I live in Europe. I called the provided number, and they directed me to send an email to request the copy. However, their reply indicated I needed to call the same number again. In their last email, they stated that the special edition is not included and I would have to pay for it, contrary to what my subscription states. Additionally, I haven’t received my December issue and have been left in the dark, as customer support has not responded clearly for over a month. I am extremely dissatisfied, especially since I was eager to receive my first copies and engage with the community. It's disappointing for such a large company to treat customers this way!
