Nat Geo kids and the company running the subscription (creature media) are impossible to get a refund out of. Within 14 days of purchasing you can get a refund, but they would not respond, and now because it is outside of 14 days they say it is too late / we have refunded you today / you will be called back / whatever excuse they have in their mind.4 weeks later, after calling every week I have not been contacted and they seem have no way of dealing with a refund. You can not speak to another department or to a supervisor or manager.There is no way to escalate an issue. I have given them time to resolve the situation, but constantly face the same 'wall' of 'we can't help - you need to wait to be contacted'.Do not deal with them.
