This is the worst subscription I have ever experienced. Disappointed from their customer service! I am from Malaysia. I have subscribed to NG magazine and purchased one year subscription which comes with free map and fleece jacket in August 2017. But till today, I only received the map and one copy of the magazine (which was in October). The rest of the magazines and the fleece jacket as promised, are yet to receive. I have tried to reach NG through email and even contact them through phone regarding this matter for several times but all my inquiries through email are not entertained and no one attends to my call.
