I subscribed for the magazine and online content. According to the official website, my subscription includes a special edition copy, which I must order by phone since I live in Europe. I called the number provided and was given an email to request the copy. After emailing, they told me to call the same number again. In their last email, they stated that the special copy isn't included and that I would need to pay for it, despite my subscription indicating otherwise. Additionally, I have yet to receive my December issue and have received no updates, as customer service has not provided clear responses for over a month. I am extremely disappointed, especially since I was eager to receive my first copies and engage with the community. It's disheartening to see a large company treat customers this way!
